Using a blog to connect with your customers

June 25th, 2007 · No Comments

Yet another example of how networking while walking Henry in Prospect Park pays off:

One of my neighbors, Liz Libre, is a graphic designer/printer who does custom note cards, invitations, etc. She has an online store, and I suggested she also have a blog to allow her customers to get to know her better. So she set up a blog and has done a really good job with it.

Simple short posts that allow people to get an idea of what she is all about. It works really well. Plus it doesn’t hurt to post pictures of your chocolate lab [ Henry's park friend ]
